Shades of Texas is a family-owned and operated Nursery located in Magnolia, Texas. We are expanding our Retail/Wholesale nursery team, and we are looking for a motivated, bilingual Nursery Yard Manager. As a Nursery Yard Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities in the nursery, including, but not limited to, Loading and Unloading of Trucks, Inventory Management, Pulling Orders and Deliveries, Quality Control, and Organization of the Nursery. You will manage 10-15 employees, and report directly to the owner and general manager. This job requires basic Texas plant material knowledge, Managerial Experience, Basic Computer Knowledge, the ability to lift 100 pounds, and Bilingual (English and Spanish). We are looking for individuals who have worked in the landscape/nursery industry for a minimum of five years and are willing to work long days. This is a full-time position with available overtime. You must be willing to work Monday-Saturday.
